Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our company’s products, services, or brand. The individual will play a key role in driving online brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  2. Campaign Management:

    • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  3. Content Development:

    • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and engaging digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia materials.
  4. Social Media Management:

    • Oversee social media accounts, develop social media strategies, and create engaging content to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
  5. Email Marketing:

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis of campaign performance.
  6. SEO and SEM:

    • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  7. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
  8. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot).
  • Experience with data analysis and proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
