Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our company’s products, services, or brand. The individual will play a key role in driving online brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition through various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Content Development:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and engaging digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia materials.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media accounts, develop social media strategies, and create engaging content to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis of campaign performance.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot).
- Experience with data analysis and proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
